Review: Triple J's Like a Version
Triple J as we all know plays host to a variety of new and up an coming singers and bands as well as the few well off bands, collectively sharing these in the form of an amazing radio station.
Although Triple J isn't just a great radio station to listen to on the drive home from work. They also make a fair few cd's such as the most popular 'Triple J's Hottest 100'.
You can purchase the latest 'Hottest 100' and 'Like a Version' here.
My friend purchased 'Like a Version' the other day and I was able to borrow it and check it out. Below a couple of my favourite songs in order.
Busby Marou cover Cyndi Lauper
Sarah Blasko cover Hey Ya
Owl Eyes cover Foster the People
Art vs Science cover Daft Punk
All in all the cd is well worth the money. The covers are interesting and some are just positively breathtaking. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
8.7 / 10
Also whilst browsing the triple J website I came across the drum sticker. And if you know Triple J you will know what I am talking about.
I ordered 3. One for me, one for a friend and one for you....

Narrator: The Whos young and old would sit down to a feast, and they'll feast, and they'll feast.
The Grinch: And they'll feast, feast, feast, feast. They'll eat their Who-Pudding and rare Who-Roast Beast. But that's something I just cannot stand in the least. Oh, no. I'M SPEAKING IN RHYME!
